Air conditioner usage is not extra charged. The parking lot is private so you don’t need to worry where would you park your car. The pets are not allowed in the apartment. Beach is, as you can see from the photos, nearby the apartment. TV is included in the apartment and it has all local TV stations. WIFI internet  is included in price. The supermarket is near also,just around the corner. Restaurants are few steps from the apartment. With traditional food or any food you like.
